MERPACA 4ply & 8ply Merino / Alpaca Yarn

Hand-dyed, 80% Merino / 20% Alpaca Yarn.
4ply, 100g skeins/approx 400m. Needles 3-4 mm.
8ply, 100g skeins/approx 220m. Needles 4-5 mm.  

A wonderful yarn spun here in NZ – merino blended with alpaca. It's an artisan yarn that that will vary slightly with every batch, the blend will be the same but the colour of the fibres will vary. The yarn is worsted spun. Beautiful for stranded and fair isle knitting. Suitable for garments, hats, scarves, mittens and big, cosy shawls. This yarn is not superwash treated.

Each spin run is limited.
Spin run 1 – fawn. Sold out.
Spin run 2 – warm, light grey. Sold out.
Spin run 3 – fawn. Available in 4ply and 8ply (8ply  only dyed stock available).

There is only a small amount of undyed 4ply Merpaca left, no undyed 8ply. No spin run is planned for 2023. Contact Me.
